  • Engineering & Tech Ops: Builds, maintains, and secures our core infrastructure and applications.
  • Product & Design: Researches user needs, designs interfaces, and manages the product roadmap.
  • Commercial & Growth: Handles marketing, business development, client relations, and account management.
  • People & Operations (HR / IT): Manages talent acquisition, onboarding, IT support, employee experience, and workplace facilities.
  • Finance & Compliance: Oversees budgeting, financial reporting, legal frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
